METHOD BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU MASTER CLASS EVENT RECAP

On June 22, 2025, Method hosted an exceptional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) technical seminar at our Foshan branch. We were honored to welcome Professor Victor, a distinguished black belt instructor from Method Headquarters, for a full day of immersive NoGi grappling instruction.  

During the adult sessions in the morning and afternoon, Professor Victor delivered a comprehensive curriculum on lower-body submission techniques. He systematically broke down leg lock mechanics from fundamental controls to advanced applications, providing detailed demonstrations and live drilling opportunities. Participants gained not only technical proficiency but also deeper insights into NoGi positional strategies.  

The youth class focused on spider guard techniques, where Professor Victor employed engaging, game-based teaching methods to help young practitioners master this essential defensive system in a fun and interactive environment.
