HOW Method MMA ATHLETES SUCCEED AT RKF REGIONAL KING COMPETITION

Congratulations to He Junyang, Wang Zhentong, and Wu Hongquan from Method MMA Foshan for their excellent performances at the Guangdong Greater Bay Area “RK” F Regional King MMA competition on October 6th, 2024.

These three athletes, all amateurs, successfully balance their training with their everyday lives. Junyang works as an office clerk, Zhentong is a chef at a Western restaurant, and Hongquan, a deaf fighter, trains during his limited free time. Despite their busy schedules, they showcased impressive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu skills during the competition, securing victories via TKO with ground-and-pound from dominant positions.

In recognition of their achievements, all three fighters were awarded blue belts by head coach Viktor. Their progress is a testament not only to their technical ability but also to their dedication to training, despite the challenges of balancing work and martial arts.

Looking Ahead: Method MMA Foshan Kids Jiu-Jitsu Tournament

Method MMA Foshan is also excited to announce the upcoming Kids Jiu-Jitsu Tournament, scheduled for October 26th, 2024. This event will provide young practitioners with an opportunity to demonstrate their skills and continue developing their understanding of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a supportive environment.
